01 / Manufacturing base
The company’s product range includes amethyst and crystal mats, tourmaline and jade formats, infrared PEMF products, cervical pillows and heating belts.
Our published factory profile describes an 8,000 m² production facility. In December 2024, a new 16,000 m² factory in Siming Town opened alongside the earlier factory, expanding the production operation and introducing additional equipment.
The manufacturing team connects the physical product with its controller, material layout, sampling, inspection and packaging requirements.

02 / Equipment & production setup
The published factory equipment setup covers six categories of production line, linking soft materials and surface finishing with electrical assembly.
Mat structures require more than final assembly. Sewing, belt production, padding, heating-wire preparation and surface stitching each contribute to the finished platform.
See the workshops| Lines | Capability | Production role |
|---|---|---|
| 4 | Mat sewing & assembly | Mat covers, construction and final assembly |
| 2 | Nylon belt production | Wear-resistant belt components |
| 1 | PCB SMT | Electronic board assembly capability |
| 2 | Compressed cotton | Cotton and padding preparation |
| 2 | Heating-wire production | Semi-automatic heating component preparation |
| 7 | Quilting & embroidery | Surface stitching and finish work |
Equipment / A closer look
Eight equipment types shown in our factory photographs. The production plan identifies the processes needed for your selected construction and electrical version.
Printed drawings and pattern references support the textile construction brief.
Composite processing is part of preparing selected layered materials.
The supplied equipment photographs show silicone-processing capability alongside the textile operation.
Embroidery and repeated stitching patterns connect the outer surface with the approved appearance.
Component placement is part of PCB assembly for the selected electronic configuration.
The board assembly workflow includes soldering after component placement.
Knitted tape and belt components support the selected product construction.
Wire winding is part of preparing the coil hardware for the specified system.
The photographs show equipment types. The production-line counts in the preceding table describe the published factory setup.
03 / From brief to dispatch
The order brief becomes a sequence of physical production steps, inspection points and packing decisions.
Confirm the platform, size, minerals, electrical functions, controller, voltage, branding and packaging.
Approved product briefPrepare the selected outer fabric, cotton or padding, mineral materials and electronic components.
Material and component reviewPrepare heating components and the selected PCB / controller assembly for the ordered electrical version.
Function configurationBuild the exterior, stitching and mineral layout for the mat, belt, pillow or bed-size format.
Construction and appearanceIntegrate the heating, coil and light systems specified for the platform, then connect the controller.
Assembly inspectionCheck controller buttons, heating, photon functions and PEMF operation. Review the exterior and remove excess threads.
Completed product reviewPrepare the agreed manual, labels, carry bag or accessories, protective packing and carton marks.
Packing confirmationConfirm carton dimensions, weights, invoice, packing list and collection arrangements with the order team.
Dispatch documentsAssembly / Turning the layer drawing into a product
Use the reference construction to define an order’s material stack and electrical assembly. The numbers below correspond to the technical illustration; a production model has its own approved parts and drawing.
Outer-frame finish, embroidery placement, mineral composition, mesh retention and the selected LED positions.
Cotton and fabric specification, isolation coverage, foil joints and separation from the electrical components.
Heating-wire route and fixation, probe position, protector part, nonwoven support and the ordered power version.
Insulating layers, padding thickness, coil count and positions, connectors, cable routes and the underside finish.
Before closing the mat
Identify the selected wire and protector parts, probe placement, coil fixing and connector routes in the assembly specification. Agree which inspection records and sample evidence your procurement team needs.

04 / Inspection & finishing
Review the selected materials, components, controller version and approved product details.
Check electrical functions and the visible exterior against the order specification.
Review labels, manual, accessories, packaging and carton identification.
Order approval / Inspection scope
Agree the required inspection scope and evidence during sampling. The model, electrical version and customization determine the relevant checks.
| Product area | What to define | Reference for approval |
|---|---|---|
| Mineral surface & sewing | Mineral mix, layout, mesh, logo position, dimensions, seams and exterior finish. | Material sample, dimension drawing and appearance sample. |
| Heating & controller | Voltage, power, probe position, temperature range, timer, controls and specified protection parts. | Electrical specification, controller instructions and agreed heating checks. |
| PEMF operation | Coil quantity, placement, program selection and controller operation. | Coil drawing, controller version and model-specific test evidence. |
| Light assembly | LED wavelength, count, distribution, connection and selected controls. | Approved light layout and functional sample. |
| Branding & packing | Rating label, manual language, accessories, protection, retail box and carton marks. | Approved artwork, packing sample and final packing list. |
The inspection plan connects the approved sample, product specification and production order.
05 / Design & development
In 2021, Luxuryade established a South Korea design and R&D operation for thermal mineral mats.
The published development focus includes electric-field shielding and PEMF frequency-control technology. Product development brings those areas together with mineral layouts, mat construction and controller design.
