Inside Our Infrared PEMF Mat Factory in Jiangsu
Our 18 production lines cover textiles, padding, heating wire, PCB assembly and mat construction. Here is how those operations fit together.

A manufacturing base built around mat production.
We have manufactured heating mats and related products since 2004 in Sheyang, Jiangsu. Our original facility covers 8,000 m². On 9 December 2024, we opened a new 16,000 m² factory in Siming Town, operating alongside the earlier facility.
The production setup covers the textile exterior, supporting layers, heating components, electronics and final assembly. These operations have different jobs: a finished mat depends on how the components are prepared and brought together.
18 production lines across six categories.
Our recorded setup includes four mat sewing and assembly lines, two nylon-belt lines, one PCB SMT line, two compressed-cotton lines, two heating-wire lines and seven quilting and embroidery lines.
Sewing and embroidery create the cover, seams and visible surface arrangement. Belt production prepares textile components. Compressed cotton provides support within the layered assembly. Heating-wire preparation and PCB assembly provide components for the ordered electrical version.
The equipment overview includes the CAD drawing printer, composite-processing equipment, embroidery machines, SMT placement equipment, reflow soldering equipment and automatic wire-winding equipment.

During development, the assembly drawing records the heating-wire route, temperature-probe position, protection parts, coil positions and cable connections. The coil arrangement depends on the mat format and controller. Heating-only models use a different functional configuration from a PEMF mat.
These details are reviewed before the exterior closes the assembly. A photo of the completed surface can show the finish and layout; the construction drawing and inspection record identify the internal version.
Function checks and finishing are separate steps.
Our completed-product checks cover the controller and the heating, PEMF and light functions included in the order. The finishing review covers the seams, exterior, logo placement and loose threads. These checks are shown in the factory inspection photographs.
An operating demonstration and a quantitative output measurement answer different questions. Any required laboratory measurements need their own agreed method and report for the selected model.
Before collection, the packing review connects the mat, compatible controller, instructions, accessories and labels to the order. Carton dimensions, weights and the packing list are prepared for the shipping arrangement.
