How to Prepare an Infrared PEMF Mat OEM Brief
Define the product, customization and order requirements before quotation and sampling.
1. Choose the starting model and use setting.
A useful OEM brief starts with the product you want to sell. Include a model code or reference image, the intended setting and the changes your brand needs. We use that information to decide whether the project can start from an existing platform or requires a different structure.
Full-body, compact, bed-size, belt and pillow formats have separate dimensions and electrical configurations. For a compact mat intended for seated use, describe its position behind the back or on the chair and the available space. For a belt, include the waist fit, fastening and the intended control and cable positions.
Our product directory groups the range by material and format. Some codes occur in more than one collection, so include both the collection name and model when using a comparison table.
2. Define the materials and exterior.
Specify whether you want an amethyst, mixed-crystal, jade, ceramic or combined surface. Add the preferred stone arrangement, particle or piece form, exterior color, mesh and protective-cover requirements. A photograph helps us understand the finish; the material list defines what belongs in your version.
Include handling requirements such as a weight target, thickness, storage space and intended packing. We review these alongside the surface materials, padding and electrical assembly. A change in dimensions or construction needs its own sample review.
If you are choosing between surfaces, our crystal and ceramic mat comparison explains which specifications to compare.
3. List each function and control requirement.
Identify infrared heating, PEMF, red light, near-infrared light and any requested TENS configuration separately. The function list determines the modules, wiring, controller and instructions we need to review.
For an existing model, use its published specification as the starting point. For a revised version, describe the required heating range, timer, PEMF programs and controls. If LEDs are included, specify the wavelengths, quantities and layout rather than using a general light-therapy label.
For example, the A063 crystal infrared PEMF mat uses 6 PEMF coils and 154 LEDs: 66 red and 88 near-infrared. Other models have different light and coil configurations. Our technology page describes how we specify the heating, PEMF and light assemblies.
4. Identify the branding, packing and electrical version.
List the logo positions on the mat, controller and packaging, together with manual language, rating labels and the accessories to include. If artwork is still being prepared, describe the branding scope so we can assess the work before final files are available.
State the delivery country and required voltage and plug. We manufacture separate electrical versions according to the selected model and market requirement. Include any documentation your team needs to review before purchasing.
For retail packing, identify the box, carry bag, protective cover and shipping-carton requirements. Packaging and packed weight belong in the quotation and shipping review for the actual configuration.
5. Separate the sample from the production order.
Tell us the sample quantity, planned first order and target delivery date. State which changes must be included in the first sample and which can follow later. We quote the sample scope, preparation time and production minimum for the selected version.
Many standard models can start at 5–10 units. Structural changes, electronics and custom packaging can require a different minimum. The project quotation states the quantity and timing for your requirements.
Before production, record the approved model, materials, function configuration, electrical version, exterior and packing. Use the sample inspection checklist to organize that review.
A practical inquiry example.
Product: A063 crystal infrared PEMF mat, 80 × 190 cm.
Changes: Our logo on the mat and controller, with an English manual and branded retail box.
Functions: Retain the model’s existing heating, PEMF and red/NIR configuration.
Order: One sample, followed by a planned 20-unit first order.
Market: United Kingdom; review the appropriate electrical version and UK plug.
Quotation: Confirm the branding scope, minimum order quantity, sample preparation time, packing and required product documents.
This example provides a starting brief. We confirm its feasibility and commercial terms after reviewing the requested version. Explore our OEM / ODM options or send us your product brief.
