Crystal vs Ceramic Infrared PEMF Mats: A Guide for Brand Buyers
Compare material identity and complete model specifications when choosing a product range.
Start with the material identity.
We manufacture crystal, jade, ceramic and combined-surface infrared PEMF mats. The material name describes the surface your customers see; the full model specification describes the heating, PEMF, lights and controls. Both are needed when comparing products for a brand.
A crystal mat may use amethyst, a mixed-crystal arrangement or a selected gemstone set. Our B / BR collection uses amethyst, blue lace agate, yellow aventurine, sodalite, green agate, carnelian and red jasper. The B / BR model table lists each format and its light configuration.
Jade belongs in the named composition where it is used. For example, our D190 combines amethyst and black jade. Describing that composition helps a buyer distinguish it from a mixed-crystal or ceramic version.
Ceramic and combined surfaces need their own names.
Our ceramic ranges use model-specific ceramic materials, including tourmaline-based configurations. A ceramic surface should be identified as ceramic rather than described as a natural crystal surface.
Some models combine materials. Our K / KR range includes amethyst and ceramic components, so its product description includes both. The K / KR comparison and LK comparison give the materials and electrical configuration for their respective platforms.
When reviewing a reference product, ask for its composition and construction details. A similar color or surface arrangement does not identify the complete material specification.
Compare complete models, not the surface name alone.
Coil quantities, LED wavelengths, light counts and control settings are specified for the actual model. Crystal and ceramic names alone do not establish those functions.
| Model | Surface | Dimensions | PEMF | Light |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A063 | Mixed natural crystals | 80 × 190 cm | 6 coils · 3–64 Hz | 154 LEDs · 66 red / 88 NIR |
| K190 | Amethyst and ceramic materials | 80 × 190 cm | 6 coils · 3–64 Hz | 156 × 660 nm red LEDs |
| LKP190 | Tourmaline-based ceramics | 80 × 190 cm | 6 coils · 3–64 Hz | 24 × 660 nm red LEDs |
These examples share a full-body size and coil quantity, while their surface and light specifications differ. Use each model’s detail page to review its complete specification before deciding which version suits your range.
Heating, PEMF and red/NIR light are separate systems within the construction. The materials and technology page explains how we review their layout, controller and assembly together.
What should a brand buyer compare?
- Material list: named crystals, jade or ceramics, with the arrangement required for your version.
- Finish: particle or piece form, mesh, outer-frame material, seams and color.
- Handling: dimensions, weight, thickness, storage and intended placement.
- Functions: the actual heating, PEMF, LED and controller specifications.
- Range consistency: matching finishes across mats, belts and pillows, with each format specified separately.
- Packing and care: covers, accessories, instructions and the packing needed for your sales channel.
We assess a requested weight or construction change alongside the material quantity, padding and electrical assembly. Sample review establishes the finish and handling your team wants to approve.
Choose samples around the decisions you need to make.
If your main decision concerns the surface, start by comparing versions with a similar format and clearly listed functions. If the decision concerns a coordinated range, review representative mat, belt or pillow samples and their individual specifications.
Include the intended customer setting in the brief. A compact mat used behind the back or on a chair needs a different fit review from a full-body mat placed on a flat resting surface. A waist belt needs its fastening and inner contact surface reviewed in that position.
Use our sample inspection checklist to record the comparison. We can then review the selected platform, appearance changes and OEM / ODM scope for your brand. Send us the material and format requirements with your sample quantity and delivery country.
